Our client is looking for Training Manager for the travel retail team.
You need to conduct Novelty Training for both Brand BAs & Generic Staff in coordination with regional trainer. You will define coaching concept and schedule/action plans with Area Manager to improve competencies and skills of Bas. You need to provide feedback on specific travel retail training needs to regional training. You will motivate, develop and evaluate BAs, Counter Managers: serves as role model working on counter as BA to lead by examples and guide them on brand image and professionalism. You need to give regular feedback to Global Travel Retail Coaching Manager on requirements and market observations.
You will be a degree graduate with a minimum of 5 years working experience in retail training role of beauty industry. Prefer candidates with travel retail training experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with English, Cantonese and Mandarin speaking is a must. High travel frequency is needed.
