Job Description

Our client is a leader growing company in the Fast Food Retail space in Thailand. They have a highly profitable portfolio of businesses and currently looking for a proactive and mature professional HR role as a "HR TRAINING LEADER" who has ability to build people capability to support the business goals and objectives.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the HR Director and partner with several outlets to drive HR & Training systems and processes within organizations
  • Lead the HR strategy and tactics to drive performance on HR measures by driving implementation of performance management and individual development planning processes
  • Address training and development needs and drive execution of Developing Champions platform
  • Coach and train on use of retention tools, internal promotion process, external sourcing, selection, on-boarding
  • Work with all outlets to drive bench planning implementation at restaurant, area, and region level
  • Partner with stores to leverage HR & Training as a competitive business advantage
  • Partner with stores to build leadership capability for restaurant and above-restaurant leaders
  • Responsible for e-learning and ensure all modules are up-to-date
  • Build brand standards through online system by working across functions
  • Support for New Product launch and ensure Blended and Traditional learning method training materials are available for critical sales events and brand rollouts
  • Oversee the team, build capability, align around key deliverables and ensure timely and accurate performance against all key deliverables

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Master's Degree in HRM / Training / HR related field is preferred
  • At least 10 years' experience in Human resources management or Generalist in MNC, retail, restaurant, hospitality, with FMCG background are preferable
  • Ability to participate in strategic discussions, influence outcomes, and lead change in behaviors to drive business growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong planning, organization and time management skills, systematic thinking with good understanding in training technology
  • Fluent in English and familiar with working in matrix organization
  • Strong leadership, strategic, decision making, and coaching skills
