A well-known Singaporean based Technology and Information Communications organization is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their Talent Acquisition & Attraction team, a team that works hard and plays just as hard in acquiring the top industry talents.
- Manage the full recruitment life-cycle from initial candidate assessment to conducting interviews and offer management.
- Identify and source for appropriate talent for current open roles
- Build relationship with key stakeholders and be seen as the go-to person for any recruitment related advice
- Develop recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, employment marketing, recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
- Contribute ideas and take part in projects to constantly improve and streamline recruitment process
- Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years in-house/external recruitment experience, with proven track record of successful placement, preferable in the Technology industry
- Experience in using social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates.
- Good business acumen and excellent negotiation skills to influence and engage stakeholders of all levels
