Job Description

Role: Sr. Customer Care executive
Reporting to: Customer Service Manager
Division: Supply Chain
Location: Dubai, UAE

We're working with a global consumer client to help them find a Sr. Customer Care executive to join their team. You will be responsible for providing excellent relationship to
clients/vendors/suppliers in terms of order processing flow, from order fulfillment and invoice generation to after sales support.

Job Description:

Single point of contact with customer/vendors/suppliers.
Prepare daily transactions for Air, Sea and Road Import-Export Shipments.
Order entry, inventory checking, preparation of quotations, etc.
Managing all Import-Export documents (certificates, customs, legislations)
Daily coordination with freight forwarders, business unit leaders, etc.

Requirements:

3-5 years of solid experience in order management customer fulfillment, logistics, supply chain in a multinational organization.
Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain.
Pharma, Manufacturing, FMCG industry background.
Fluency in English, French and Arabic.
