1. At least 10 years and above experience in Senior Management
2. Proven business development successes and experience in developing new business and bringing in new revenue.
3. Ability to market new product, package and develop go to market strategy and execution.
4. Have strong background in managing Sales team, targets/quota and commision plan.
5. Strong ability to close sales and manage sales staff to deliver their sales targets /quota.
