Service Delivery Manager - Warehouse Management, Logistics
London

A global retailer are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join the London office. You will join part of a new expanding Service Delivery team focusing on logistics platforms. As part of a smoothly running IT Service you will be responsible for ensuring all third party suppliers are managed and maintain service level agreements whilst working alongside the other aligned Service Delivery managers and wider technology teams.

Skills required:

-Experienced Service Delivery Manager ideally working for a large enterprise (retail)
-Exposure to Manhattan Scope Applications (WMoS, TLM, SCI, LM, MIF)
-Understanding of high volume logistics systems
-Knowledge of systems such as Matflo CMS (desirable)
-Previous roles at large suppliers or systems integrators (desirable)
-Third party supplier management
-Understanding and interest in continual service improvement
-Awareness of related infrastructure oracle systems/Linux
-Experience of working in a complex enterprise environment with incident management and escalation processes, and service level agreements
