Marketing/Digital Marketing/Distribution/Branding

A Multinational insurer is searching for a Senior Manager, Performance Marketing for their Singapore business unit, the role will be responsible for scaling acquisitions and improving ROI through use of innovative Digital Mediums.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish KPI and measurement benchmarks for customer acquisitions with acceptable ROI on costs identifying opportunities to improve ROI through better Display/PPC/Custom audience/Retargeting campaigns
  • Manage and work with media agencies and digital agencies to plan, develop and execute campaigns on the digital medium for scaling acquisitions
  • Execute always-on and bespoke search (SEO/SEM) and leads generation campaigns, Build a culture of test and target for digital creative; focus on increasing consideration and performance
  • Manage CRM integrations for lead management & automation

Key Requirements:

  • Degree/Masters in Marketing or Business related professional qualification
  • At least 5 years of Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing Experience
  • Working knowledge of Google Adwords, Webmasters, Optimize, Multi-channel attribution, Web Analytics, SEO and SEM, remarketing, retargeting, programmatic media buying and social media advertising tools
  • Strong analytical background with good knowledge of leads generation campaign and systems
  • A track record of success within the Singapore Market is a Mandatory requirement
  • Prior Experience working with/in Financial Institutions is an added advantage
