Job Description

Our Client, a large international food retail giant with many locations all through Asia and a prestigious well known market leader, is now looking for a Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager to join their Human Resources Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Head of HR, reviewing and implementing all C&B related policies and practices for Hong Kong and Asia Pacific Regional Office
  • Ensure competitive compensation level in the labor market by conducting market surveys and benchmarking
  • Oversee the staff cost and manpower budget, providing necessary analysis for improvement and enhancement to management
  • Manage and ensure the efficiency of administration in payroll processing and tax filing
  • Lead the HR initiatives and projects, such as annual salary review, insurance review, manpower budgeting etc.
  • Drive performance culture and facilitate all departments to set up KPIs
  • Liaise with frontline operations in providing injury management and securing a safe working environment
  • Ensure HRIS and Time and attendance can meet the operational needs with necessary management reports and analysis effectively
  • Ensure all C&B related policies and procedures are in compliance with the Company and statutory requirements


  • Degree qualified in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • 8+ years HR experience, with 3 years at managerial position. Prior regional HR exposure in SEA would be highly advantageous
  • Previous experience in F&B, Hotel, or Retail industries highly preferred
  • Strong analytical and influence skills, good sense of integrity and responsibility
  • Well versed in HK employment ordinance and statutes
  • Excellent English and Chinese communication skills, written and spoken
