Our client is looking for multiple sales manager roles for HK&Japan, China and Southeast Asia to set up the APAC team.
- You need to create a strategic development plan to achieve regional passenger and revenue targets. You will direct regional sales & marketing activities, following global and Asia Pacific strategic guidelines and participation in company policy decisions. You need to lead Sales, Business Development and Sales Administration for China/HK&JPA/SEA, review and further develop relationships in the travel trade, including commercial terms with key appointed travel agents and Tour Operators. Proactive involvement in all sales activities with customers. Negotiate tactical sales arrangements corporately through Revenue Management. You will also lead regional marketing activity including the development of commercial luxury partnerships with company's approved partners.
- You will be a degree graduate with a minimum of 5 years working experience in sales role. Prefer luxury cruise / travel / hotels / resorts / airlines background. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with English, Cantonese and Mandarin speaking is a must. Frequent travel is required.
