Job Description

Our client is a medium-sized boutique resort located on the island's beachfront. They are now looking for a resort manager to take charge of the overall organization and management structure. The Resort Manager will be a key player in helping run operations and driving the growth of the resort.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help setup the resort's management and organization structure
  • Oversee the overall operation of the resort
  • Make sure that all decisions made are in line with hotel and management standards
  • Guide teams to achieve set short and long term strategic goals
  • Constantly monitor and improve internal processes to result in high guest satisfaction and resort profitability
  • Prepare and report plans and budgets to owners
  • Lead and influence hotel team to deliver high class customer service
  • Assist and advise sales & marketing development for the resort
  • Responsible for the quality of both internal and external operations

Successful Applicant

  • Thai National with minimum Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Business Administration with at least 10 years of relevant experience
  • Past experience as Hotel/General Manager and Operations is highly considered
  • Understanding of hotel operational drivers and framework
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Fully fluent in English and Thai (additional languages will be advantageous)
