Our client is looking for a Regional Director to look after APAC business.
You need to take full P&L responsibility and plan the yearly budget and sales target. You will lead and guide the APAC team operation. You need to define and control KPI target. You will develop regional customer network and manage the key account relationship. You also need to do training and keep leading and motivating the regional team. You will closely work with HQ and get in line with global brand strategy to oversee the local execution for APAC region.
You will be a degree graduate with a minimum of 15 years working experience in operation, account management or full P&L role. Luxury retail / wholesale background is highly preferred. You must be very hands-on, presentable and inspiring with strong leadership. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with English, Cantonese and Mandarin speaking is preferred.
