Job Description

Our client is a worldwide beauty brand with a strong establishment across the region in innovative cosmetics, fragrances and care across skin, body and hair.

The Regional Digital Marketing Manager will be in charge of the following:

  • Drive the development of our clients digital marketing strategies focusing on them being a leading beauty brand for the region, and positioning them as a curator, innovator and incubator of modern beauty
  • In view of the different target audiences for the various brand campaigns across the region, this marketer has to work strategically and effectively with various stakeholders to map out mobile-first integrated and effective implementation of digital marketing initiatives and campaigns to support retail sales and marketing objectives

The activities for this role includes:

  • Working with creative and editorial team on content creation to drive engagement and brand awareness
  • Influencer collaboration and sponsorship
  • Campaign specific media approach
  • Well-crafted stories to pitch to our digital press
  • Be at the pulse of digital transformation and be agile and open to implementing new technologies, experiment new social channels or and test out media channels
  • Take a customer-first approach and always analyse the needs and digital footprint of our customers on an ongoing basis and propose new digital marketing initiatives to engage them, thereafter adding value to the business directly
  • Develop content and engagement social media strategy and drive to success our number of followers on Facebook and Instagram
  • To always push the boundaries and devise methods to track online-to-retail footfall and traffic
  • Planning, managing and optimizing the use of campaign budget to ensure effective ROI
  • Monitor and report of trends and KPIs for ongoing digital marketing initiatives

Job Requirements:

  • Degree/Masters in Marketing, Communications, Consumer Behaviour, Business Information Technology or equivalent
  • Minimum four years' relevant experience in brand and digital marketing with particular emphasis and demonstrated success driving results through e-mail marketing, preferably within the retail, lifestyle and luxury industries
  • Strong knowledge of social and digital
