Job Description

Reporting to:

  • Principal / Asia Pacific Executive Committee (Global Leadership Team) / Senior Management

The main functions of this role are:

  • Assisting the Principal in the discharge of her duties in order to minimise the associated administrative and operational burdens
  • Scheduling and organisation of the weekly / monthly / annual meetings and conference calls
  • Circulating minutes/action points/other relevant materials to attendees
  • Handling the Principal's travel and accommodation requirements
  • General PA duties such as diary management, call handling, filing, personal administration, email screening etc.

To provide high level and professional support to the Principal on the following

  • Diary management
  • General administration
  • Call handling
  • Filing
  • Personal administration
  • Email screening
  • Making travel and accommodation arrangements as necessary

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong research skills
  • Able to work independently with limited supervision
  • Able to exercise sound judgment and to make decisions
  • Exceptional customer/client service (both internal and external)
  • Proactive, efficient, flexible and self-motivator
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast pace environment
  • Maintaining confidentiality is a fundamental requirement of this role
