Location: Dubai, UAE
Processing payroll and WPS file 300+ staff.
Maintaining and reconciling accruals, such as End of Service, flight allowance and bonus accruals.
Accurately calculating End of Service payments for any staff leavers
Completing any salary certificate requests that are received in a timely manner.
Calculating & managing the bonus scheme for the retail and head office staff.
Setting up, defining & communicating the policies & procedures around staff pay & benefits, including market analysis and inter-group policy alignment.
Managing Health insurance coverage including adding & removing staff and analysing value for money.
Review of current processes with a view to improve efficiency, staff experience and reduce errors to better support the business.
Define and manage the implementation of any payroll & benefits systems.
Manage at least 1 direct report.
5-8 years experience within a payroll position, within a medium to large business, ideally with management experience.
Preferably from Retail background.
Strong organisational / communication skills with an eye for detail.
