Job Description

Our client is a leading content provider with a clientele base that spans all over the world. Headquartered in Hong Kong, they are now seeking an experienced HR professional to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting directly into the Group HR Director, prepare and support the business on a wide spectrum of HR related matters
  • Successfully manage and understand the people and needs of the business
  • Manage and oversee C&B operations, including payroll and benefits administration
  • Ensure employees understand company policies, culture, benefits and promotion/ development opportunities
  • Provide strategic recommendations to business and initiate new practices to assist business growth
  • Review and improve on existing workflows and policies to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with company objectives
  • Ad hoc HR projects as needed

Key Requirements

  • 6+ years' relevant and progressive HR experience gained from sizable companies
  • Hands on approach, analytical, and able to work with all levels of staff
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Proactive, logical, organised and a meticulous eye for detail
  • Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills
