Job Description

There is now an opening opportunity for a young professional role as a "Human Resource Business Partner" who has depth knowledge of HR areas and understand function of business very well. They are looking for a qualified candidate who is dynamic, innovative, and modern with commercial mindset and strong in people oriented as well as solid interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Report directly to the Functional Head and work closely with the management teams, the qualified candidate will be a key contact who partners with business and provides HR guidance & solutions to team, the responsibilities for this role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Support business function and act as key leader in HR related issues
  • Manage Recruitment through active sourcing and selection techniques and build up an active candidate pipeline using a mix of channels
  • Provide guidance / advice and input on restructures, workforce planning, succession planning including HR Policy and practice
  • Review policies, procedures, recommend changes, and implements if required to enhance on overall Employee Relation
  • Responsible for Performance Management System and ensure user training and consistent compliance through the year
  • Proactively identified and respond to all Employee Activities - provide advice and support to managers in cases of misconduct, employees' communications, employee welfare and other employees related issues
  • Manage HR KPI on employees' suggestion scheme system to improve overall performance of the company - Employee Engagement
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Legal Requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Ensure overall HR functions are smoothly operated

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Degree qualified in Management / Psychology / Law / HR related field is preferred
  • At least 8 years' direct experience in HR and over 4 years in HRBP Function
  • Excellent in communication & negotiation skills both Thai & English language
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical & interpersonal skills
  • Business acumen leadership and management skill
  • Appreciate Change Management, Innovation and Technology
  • Experience in dynamic and fast paced environment in MNC, or as Business Partner in FMCG, and Retails business is a plus
