Job Description

Our client is an international out-of-the-box luxury brand with a very internationally groomed team. Due to aggressive growth and internal promotions the role of Head of Marketing is being recruited.

Role purpose

  • To create and ensure the effective and relevant execution of marketing initiatives throughout Asia, in line with the brand's positioning and philosophy and raise awareness of the brand's retail presence in Asia
  • To communicate new product information and relevant marketing activities with partners and external PR agencies and organise sponsorship as well as events

Job Description

  • Work closely with the managing director to ensure initiatives enhance the brand's business model
  • Strategize and direct the brand's image and ensure synergy in the execution of collections
  • Work cross-functionally and across market to ensure a holistic brand building approach across all consumer touch points
  • Create and execute through the marketing ongoing integrated programs and initiatives across key touches points (CRM, Digital, Retailer Marketing & Tourist Media)
  • Oversee and submit information for all Corporation Communication projects and initiatives
  • Strategize new and creative ways to garner media (e.g. Digital/Social)
  • Strategize and develop a comprehensive regional press strategy
  • Strategize to develop programs and initiatives that will provide measurable results in achieving the brand's communication and traffic objectives
  • Develop fiscal budgets/spending strategies and oversee proper spending
  • Manage store events and promotional operations including project management, execution and assessment of events and promotional activities
  • Liaise with the journalists and press to ensure that new products are properly launched through the selected media and organise media events
  • Establish a target list of organisations that are appropriate sponsorship partners for the brand and conduct an initial review of sponsorship requests and manage fulfilment and coordination
  • Manage usage and re-orders, as well as relationships with existing partners and visit the accounts regularly to ensure products are well maintained and provide monthly reports
  • Support retail team during events and peak periods when required


  • Experienced in global marketing and communications strategies
  • International brand experience
  • Excellent leadership skills, authority and seniority - excellent communication ability to handle and manage different stakeholders (as Time Vallee progresses, with many different countries and teams)
  • Self-motivated with a high level of working independently
  • Possess the ability of being a visionary of marketing strategy
  • Proactive, dynamic and creative in nature
  • Holds a "start-up" mentality and someone who is looking for an exciting challenge in their career
  • Someone who is very familiar with updating social media content
  • Has a strong passion to work in the luxury industry and with various luxury brands/products - you will gain huge visibility and exposure to many luxury watch brands
