- Responsible for the successful growth & profitability of Air-Conditioner business in Thailand.
- Responsible for the management and execution of sales & marketing plans to effectively penetrate, develop and grow the markets of Air-Conditioner business in Thailand to achieve both sales and profit objectives.
- Develop and expand the customer base for Air-Conditioner business to increase future business opportunities in Thailand.
- Conduct market intelligence - P/L, product marketing, marketing communication direction, competitor activities, pricing and market trends
- Generate sales for the full portfolio of accounts to reach or exceed the company's sales targets, regardless of obstacles presented.
- Communicate with the sales team to gain field input in order to provide proactive recommendations for new campaigns, tools, and collateral.
- Conduct research on the Commercial marketplace with the goal of developing innovative brand awareness, preference, and lead generation tactics.
- Oversight and update of various Commercial marketing platforms, including website content.
- Develop and deliver Commercial marketing presentations to internal and external audiences to introduce new campaigns, initiatives, and tactics.
The Successful Applicant
- BS in Marketing, Advertising or a related field. MBA preferred
- 7+ years of previous HVAC Management experience
- 17+ years of experience in managing consumer electronics business
- Strong understanding in retail sales and market trends
- Good communication skill, organizing & relationship management skills
- Proficiency in English & computer literature
