Job Description

Reporting in to: Manager, Digital Consumer Marketing, TR APAC

Digital Marketing (50%)

  • Assist in managing the roll out of ELC Pre-Order eCommerce sites in SEA, GRC and Oceania
  • Managing creative agencies for timely delivery of digital assets for Pre-Order eCommerce site refreshes (product launches and promotions)
  • Working with retailers to ensure timely sites update/refreshes
  • Media planning and execution for brand's digital campaigns (Display and Mobile)
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns

Social Media (30%)

  • Assist to build and execute social media campaigns (Influencer marketing/Social games etc) for SEA regions especially Singapore and Thailand (Single and/or Multi-branded campaigns)
  • Working closely with retailers to increase ELC's brands exposure on retailer's social media platforms
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies/ trends and innovations in the social media scene

Database management (20%)

  • Work closely with brand teams to ensure all product data are imported correctly and timely
  • Manage new retailers set-up, changes to import/export template in the system as and when needed
  • Assist brand teams with issues pertaining to the import process of product information
  • Send newness information to retailers on a monthly basis


  • At least 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing/Social Media and/or ecommerce in APAC region
  • Solid experience in development and execution of the following:
    • Digital media campaigns: Display, Mobile
    • Social Media campaigns
    • Ecommerce/ Demand generation/ Sampling campaigns
  • Experience in handling client relationship (internal and external stakeholders) is crucial
  • Familiar with the working of large MNCs
  • Experience/Interest in Beauty/Fashion/Luxury/FMCG will be an advantage
  • Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
  • Degree in Marketing, New Media or relevant field
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Reasonable grasp over any other Asian language (Mandarin/Japanese/Korea) would be an advantage
  • A multi-tasker and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
