Job Description

Join this growing in-house department working on customer and client experience design supporting demands which has direct impact to client experience. The role will contribute towards driving a consistent and high quality client experience and will focus on customer research and strategic planning.

You will help:

  • Lead in agile development process, work with business units and development team to provide design options/solutions
  • Improve Client Experience of existing and new applications
  • Demonstrate ability to find alternative solutions
  • Maintain Client Experience guidelines
  • Conduct co-design workshops with clients, stakeholders and developers
  • Validate designs with all stakeholders including clients
  • Gain awareness of competitive services offerings

Should have:

  • Ability to work pro-actively and independently and exercise independent judgment and discretion when handling confidential matters
  • Team player with strong influencing and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively within the team, with cross functional teams and with senior management
  • Great communicator, with excellent project management and presentation skills
  • Ability to lead/guide external agencies
  • Preference for knowledge and experience in prototyping and implementing designs
