Job Description

Our client is a well-known locally established organization with offices spanning different locations. They are now seeking a strategic, experienced and capable individual to join their team as a Compensation & Benefits Manager at the corporate level to drive and lead their regional C&B projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee C&B projects covering their markets across regions
  • Lead salary range and benchmarking, job grading exercises
  • Look into the continuous improvement of the budgeting process
  • Provide strategic recommendations to business and initiate new practices to assist business growth
  • Review and improve on existing workflows and policies to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with company objectives
  • Regularly review & upgrade the HRIS to support business needs and develop tools to enhance work efficiency, effectiveness and accuracy
  • Ad hoc HR projects as needed

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years' relevant C&B experience gained from sizable companies
  • Consultancy experience highly preferred
  • Regional exposure is highly desirable
  • Able to provide analysis and make recommendations to senior management
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Proactive, logical, organised and a meticulous eye for detail
  • Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Hands on approach
