Our Client:

A rapidly expanding of FMCG is looking for a Business Process (ERP)-Senior Manager in Thailand to take on the challenge. In this job, you will be responsible for Identify opportunities resulting from situational changes such as new regulation, data insights, new business situations to shape new business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with business leaders to understand and drive the business strategy within the process area
  • Ensure the future set of programs/projects are prioritized by business leaders and mapped against the business strategy
  • Act as single point of contact for stakeholders to receive information on programs, projects and process activities
  • Provide process leadership and expertise in order to challenge, support, enable and improve business performance
  • Collaborate with regional Business Process Consultants and provide a view in the creation of a 3 year process improvement roadmap
  • Leverage and participate in business process communities
  • Provide process expertise to deliver change and support the early phases of projects
  • Identify opportunities resulting from situational changes such as new regulation, data insights, new business situations to shape new business processes
  • Identify changing business needs that may lead to the requirement for change or improvements to processes
  • Champion a global business process management approach with a consistently applied set of methods, tools and techniques
  • Design agile and sustainable business solutions to support the introduction of new business models
  • Establish software comparison, vendor selection and vendor evaluation process for IT Project implementation.
  • Design business processes and identify change impacts on organization structure, roles, and responsibilities
  • Implement strategic business re-engineering projects
  • Manage team, mitigate risks, transition changes and deliver projects

Key Requirements

  • Extensive experience in a similar role, preferably in retail environment/FMCG or consultancy
  • Significant experience in Business Process Management
  • Experience of Enterprise Architecture & ERP systems
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with key business stakeholders; influencing stakeholders at line manager to senior manager level
  • Ability to manage external professional relationships
  • Project and Programme Management
  • Strong leadership skills - people management experience is preferred, but not a requirement
  • Strategic thinking
