- Thai nationality, age not over 40 years old.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any fields with license of insurance.
- A proven track record of winning new business and growing key accounts
- At least 5 years' experience in Marketing, Business Development Management or any related fields.
- Have an experience in insurance broker are preferable.
- Excellent communication in English.
- Have an active life insurance license at least 1 year.
- Good convincing and negotiating skills.
- Hardworking, assertive team player with a positive attitude, high energy and enthusiasm
- Clear and concise English communication (both verbal and written) skills
- Strong problem solving ability, negotiation and closing skills
