Job Description

This role reports to the Country Manager with functional reporting to Marketing Manager. The position will prepare and put in place the Marketing Plan for the Singapore market of all the brands under responsibility to accomplish objectives fixed in terms of market share, revenues and profitability.


  • Develop and put in place the Marketing Plan for the brands under responsibility:
  • Definition, coordination and supervision of the launch calendar
  • Develop the annual budget for the brands under responsibility with the Marketing Manager


  • Communicate and implement marketing plans
  • Monitor and analyse weekly/monthly sales statistics and act to maximise selling opportunities
  • Liaise constantly with sales team to collect feedback on products and on consumer reactions
  • Proactively anticipate gaps in the plan that cannot be fulfilled by launches and propose programs to activate the brand in both ATL and BTL
  • Analyze pre-launch plans and post launch feedback analysis (include sell-out, market share, pricing, distribution, competitor assortment, cross analysis sell out vs. media based on information from retailers and the market
  • Forecast of catalogue and marketing plan references, novelties in collaboration with the Sales Team
  • Define and implement media campaigns with selected media agencies
  • Build and implement Public Relations plans and collate PR materials
  • Analyze competitor assortment and merchandising plans
  • Prepare and distribute sales briefs and reports on a regular basis to the Sales Team
  • Prepare for sales and retailer meetings (communication of marketing plans and priorities by brand)
  • Prepare creative briefs and merchandising guidelines and collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team on the local production of point of sale material


  • 5 or more years of experience in operational role with marketing and retail experience within Perfume and Cosmetic industry
