Our client is a multinational group that provides trust, fiduciary, fund and corporate services worldwide. They are currently looking for a meticulous and high calibre individual to join their dynamic company.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to General Counsel, you will be working closely with senior management and be responsible for providing daily secretarial support. You will be able to develop and fully utilise your expertise in this role because you be responsible for various secretarial tasks including but not limited to providing board and committee meetings minutes and papers, as well as appointment of directors and officers, articles of association, and shareholder consents. You will also be responsible for project management to evaluate and rationalize the corporate structure, and project management of KYC and compliance documentations globally. Additionally, you will assist in improving corporate governance, and participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Key Requirements:

To be considered you will need at least 8 years of relevant experience in handling corporate secretarial matters. Ideally working in professional firms, financial services or commercial sectors, you also must be a degree holder in law or relevant disciplines, as well as a Company Secretary qualification. Previous exposure to corporate restructuring or M&A work preferred, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite is preferred as well. Finally, you must have great attention to detail and must be fluent in oral and written English.
