Our client is one of the Top-Tier insurance groups globally. Currently, they are looking transform their operational support workflow and customer experience on processes within the Health Insurance area. With that in mind, they are looking to hire a strong and experienced professional to join their excellent new team in Operational Change Management. The role would almost be like a deputy to the Head of Change Management in this business area. In this role, you would take part in coming up with more forward-thinking project initiatives to change the overall processes. You would manage projects more from a business perspective to make sure they actually add good values to the business than only making sure the time line is on schedule.
To qualify for this position, you need to have in-depth insurance market knowledge. You can be from another insurance company or from external consulting firms but specializing in advising insurance clients. Health insurance product knowledge is not a prerequisite. However, you need to have strong technical experience in either claims (can be on different insurance products) or other insurance operational areas or operational project implementation experience. You need to have at least 5-7 years of experience. You need very strong stakeholder management skills. Overall, soft skills would be more important than technical skills in this role but a technical background would help you to more successful in the role more easily.
