About our Client

Our Client is a well-known MNC company that high presence all over the world. They are an industry leader in providing consumer products that are beneficial and accommodate health concerns. They are now looking to expand into the pet care industry and are looking for an Account Manager who will help their brand target Veterinary businesses.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage sales performance, new customer acquisition and maintain existing client
  • Communicate with targeted customers to ensure that the brand's strategy is clear and reaches its target
  • Implement effective business plans and strategies to drive sale volumes across channel
  • Operate cross-functionally with other management teams to maintain reliable and high quality results
  • Engage with key stakeholders and distributors to sustain and influence company value and strategy directions
  • Monitor and collect customer feedback to relay to internal staff involved to make sure customer concerns are being addressed
  • Analyse competitor activities and ensure that a proper and timely response is made
  • Develop management plan that will align with implemented marketing plan in accordance to annual targets
  • Influence and coordinate with a diverse group of people
  • Possess numerous skills such as creativity, commercial flair, leadership skills, the ability to persuade and strong planning skill

Successful Candidates

  • Bachelor degree with minimum of 5 years in sales or marketing (FMCG - Pet Care, Pharma, Nutrition)
  • At least 3 years of experience in Consumer Sales or Key Account Management
  • Knowledge of pet care industry or animal nutrition is advantageous
  • Proven record of dealing and developing relations with customers/clients
  • Ability to adapt to different work environments and work with changing client demands
  • Fully fluent in Thai and English
