Job Description

Workday Functional Support Analyst required for a Global Award Winning End Customer based in the heart of North London

Essential Job Functions

Responsibilities:

· Lead all user training activities to ensure all of our stakeholders and well informed, well supported and using the system in a good practice manner. This position will also run regular meetings to gather feedback and inform stakeholders of good practice and systems enhancements

· This position will also be responsible for gathering new requirements and documenting problems on behalf of end users and customers. Regular meetings with HR and the business will develop a strong feedback platform and this position is responsible for feeding that information into HRIS on a regular basis so that we can address customer needs and continuously improve the HR system. On occasion this role might also team up with Process Excellent to run workshops and drive improvement efforts

· This position will ensure that the whole HRIS team follows a clear and consistent training and delivery approach. The role will be responsible for the deployment and usage of the training tools and will ensure that we use the latest templates, documentation and tools for our training and development of end users

· This position will also participate in HRIS and other business projects as required on an ad-hoc basis to support the other HRIS team members

· Additionally, this role will require Workday functional knowledge and being involved in multiple Global projects / implementations across the business

Requirements

· Detailed knowledge of the Workday (HR, HCM, HRIS) system, preferably an implementation process

· Ideally experience within an international and multi-levelled organisation

· Skilled in one or more Core HCM, Compensation & Benefits, Performance, Absence, & Recruiting

· Candidates should ideally also be educated to University degree level or equivalent

· Strong competencies, particularly with communication
