Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Head of Change Management in driving operating model and platform implementations across countries end-to-end
  • Lead delivery of operational design outcomes, including:
    • Hands-on design of Release Operating Model, articulating current and future state across people, process, technology and information
    • Active collaboration with Regional Change Teams to ensure Release Operating Model design captures and caters for regional "must-have" requirements
    • Development of process guidance and detailed work instructions to embed business processes into BAU at a user-level
    • Delivery of key implementation artefacts, including cutover strategies, risk assessment papers and process governance papers
  • Ensure all operational design deliverables are thought through, understood across impacted stakeholder groups and implementable in BAU
  • Drive key change management outcomes across Group and Regional Change Management Teams:
    • Business Impact Assessments, including qualitative and quantitative analysis (e.g. volume, touch time and FTE) to articulate target state impacts and identify change management needs across impacted business units
    • Ensure identified impacts are addressed through business readiness plans, training, communications and engagement
    • Stakeholder identification, assessment and engagement across locations and functions
    • Training planning, development and execution across impacted stakeholder groups
    • Communications planning, development and execution to drive critical messages across a broad range of global stakeholders
    • Manage business testing end to end (Model Office Testing - pre-live BAU simulations)
  • Manage and effectively engage key stakeholders across front office, middle office, operations, compliance, FCC and IT to deliver workstream outcomes
  • Conduct workshops and meetings to deliver workstream outcomes and provide inputs for project governance forums

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • University Degree
  • Currently based in Singapore
  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a Change Manager or Project Manager with experience delivering change in the context of process and system deployments
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Banking
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
  • Weighs up benefits of short term tactical and long term strategic options to ensure solutions are delivered to the appropriate scale, scope and timing
  • Process, commercial and operational awareness needed to develop appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to take initiative, identify opportunities and work with minimal management oversight
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills in networking, influencing and decision taking
  • Strong communication skills - oral, written and presentation
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
