Marketing Director needed for a fragrance house in Dubai. Need strong regional experience of brand building and preferably travel retail knowledge. Must have previous experience in a commercial or trade marketing managerial position within the luxury goods sector.
Together with Regional Director, he/she defines & implements products, trade, digital & merchandising strategies (pre-launch, exclusivity, on counter, 360° launch plans,…) & customizes them by customer (distribution strategy).
- Defines with regional Director, the regional brand assortment policy (basic catalogue & launches)
- Interfaces with local markets in order to provide sales teams with pertinent business information's (ranking, market share, media investments,…) & synergies
- Gives insight to the brands regarding the strategy & developments (products, POSM, merchandising,…) and shares competitions best practices
- Manages the medias' brief preparation for the local agencies in collaboration with the agents. Follows the media plans and secure the tools availability by the brands.
-Is responsible with his/her team for the right implementation of brands images in the market in association with Area Managers
