Job Description

Technical Support

As a Technical support (Merchant) ,you will be the first level of support to front business users to diagnose, troubleshoot, debug and resolve technical and functional issues reported by customers / internal staff.

Apart of that, your responsibility will be resolving issues and inquires where there is an incident ticket being the first point of escalation.

Lastly, guide and walk client through resolution we meet SLA targets.


  • Basic to intermediate literacy with,, C#, MSSQL Server
  • 2-3 years' experience in application / software support
  • Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent communication, customer handling and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in e-Commerce & technology environment will be an added advantage!
  • Be passionate about customer and service, with a strong will to make a difference.
  • Candidate must be willing to work at Bandar Sri Damansara
