Job Description

This is a MNC that specialises in security and identity solutions. They have offices globally and they have been the market leader in its respective field for more than 10 years. This role requires candidate to perform system integration related tasks, such as installation, testing, analyse and troubleshooting to draw conclusions to the project team

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Level 2 support; Analyse and troubleshoot all the assigned tickets escalated by the Level 1 support team
  • When necessary, escalate the analysis to Level 3 for their necessary actions
  • Ensure internal and external stakeholders are happy with the aid rendered to them
  • Communicate regularly to keep the customer informed on the progress
  • Maintain components of IT infrastructure including Hardware and Software
  • Perform periodic preventive maintenance and site administration activies
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

  • 5 years+ of experience working in LINUX or Windows Servers environment
  • Good to have scripting (Perl, Bash, Power Shell, etc) knowledge
  • Good to have database knowledge knowledge such as SQL
  • Experience in NETAPP and VMware technology is an added advantage
  • Keen to learn and work independently
