The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a newly created position, 6-month contract role, supporting Singapore Hub entities (Singapore Domestic, Travel Retail, Agents, Regional and Brands Teams) in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding, partnering with the HR team and business stakeholders.
As the Talent Acquisition expert, you will play a pivoting role in attracting and engaging talents to Clarins. You are the Brand Ambassador for Clarins, representing Clarins brands and values (Respect, Engagement, Cooperation, Audacity & Passion), as well as the liaison between candidates and hiring managers.
This position requires you to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to offer the best recruitment experience to your customers.

This job is meant for you if you:
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field is preferred.
- Min 3 years of experience in full cycle recruiting experience in luxury skincare industry at all levels - direct agency candidates welcome to apply.
- Demonstrate a strong passion in recruitment and beauty.
- Are highly agile, adaptable and thrive in a dynamic fast paced environment.
- Are digitally savvy and minded, customer obsessed and service oriented is a definite asset.
- Are a self-initiator, constantly thinking ahead and challenging the process.
- Have a strong entrepreneurship mindset, embodying our Clarins values (Respect, Engagement, Cooperation, Audacity &Passion).
- Have ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Have ability to communicate to various stakeholders, from Beauty Consultants to General Management positions.
