Argyll Scott is working with Global Technology company to find a broad knowledge of IT operation and support candidate with good understanding of IT process such as ITIL, SLA. If you are those who want to deliver servicees across APAC. this is for you!
What you will do:
- Lead the system engineer teams to deliver a well standard and a timely response to the customers
- Manage escalations, incidents report as well as supervising and enforcing CPI Process
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects and Service Delivery Managers to setup or harmonize standards, policies and procedures
Who you are:
- Over 10 years of IT management and People Management.
- Broad range of IT knowledge and concepts
- Understanding of IT support and maintenance environments (incident, problem, changes, etc.)
