Job Description

Our client has a brand name synonymous with luxury and can be found all over the world. Their products are in the high-end luxury retail space and an exciting new opportunity has recently become available with them. They are currently looking for a Senior/Merchandising Manager (All category) to join their Hong Kong office.


  • Supervise and lead merchandising team to conduct merchandising planning, execution and communication strategies that meet company goals
  • Plan OTB for HK & Greater China markets with support of subordinates and ensure regional consolidation
  • Understand market applicable specificities in order to adjust local strategies
  • Follow up on OTB application throughout the season together with HQ, retail and wholesale team
  • Work proactively, anticipating any issues that may impact delivery, prices and reinforce quality assurance
  • Conduct regular market visit and ensure that detailed market analysis and report to be shared out
  • To analyse and evaluate opportunities by product categories with local team especially retail and wholesale customers to identify areas of growth, research needs and margin enhancement
  • Conduct regular update on sell in and sell through of the brand by communicating with retail and wholesale team
  • Present the season collection and conduct product training to retail stores, distributors and subsidiaries across APAC market
  • Various other tasks, duties and/or projects as needed and assigned by Management


  • University degree in business, fashion, textile related disciplines
  • At least 10 years working experience with minimum 5 years in supervisory role
  • Experience in high end fashion brand with high quality standard understanding is essential
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese is a must
  • Strong leadership and coaching skill, ability to build and maintain productive relationship with peers and cross-functional team
