A fantastic opportunity has arisen, to be part of an industry leading financial software and application solutions company in Central London. They are currently looking for a Senior Sales Manager who has a strong sales history and is able to initiate new business opportunities, and develop and maintain key accounts.
The main focus will be generating new business with financial firms, banks and challenger banks. This is a consultative sales role so a deep understanding of the Financial services and Banking markets will be essential.
You will also be responsible for leading a cross-functional sales team as well as maintaining a strong relationship with your clients. You would be required to spend about 50% of your time visiting clients in Europe and South Africa and the rest of the time dedicated to the UK.
The ideal candidate would have the ability to interact with C-Suite Executives have experience selling online banking systems and have software/SaaS sales experience.
Essential Experience and Skills
- S. or B.A. College Degree along with 9+ years of enterprise software sales experience in Cloud based / SaaS based solutions consisting of software, professional services, maintenance or subscription services
- Experience selling online banking systems to Financial Marketplace preferred
- Proven track record in attaining and exceeding quota based metrics
- Ability to interact with C - Level players, ability to penetrate accounts across Line of Business and IT organizations
- Travel required: up to 50% in Europe & South Africa
