You will be responsible for budget planning, sales analysis, implementation of commission scheme and incentive programmes. You need to conducting regular touch-base with both boutiques and different internal departments to facilitate boutiques' operations to maximize all sales opportunities. You will monitor mystery shopping's performance and proposing action plans to enhance service level. You also need to monitor boutiques' operation workflow including cash management, stock management, cycle count, and after-sale service etc. and to ensure procedures are efficient and compliant to group and brand's guidelines.
You need to have at least 5 years' retail operation exposure. Fashion operation management experience is highly preferred. Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese is a must. Suitable candidate could be considered as Assistant Manager.
