Job description

We are currently working with a leading well established global media company who are seeking a Senior Internal Auditor to join their expanding Internal Audit team. This role would suit a candidate looking to develop their career within a commercial company and your role as Senior Internal Auditor will allow you to develop within the business across their European and South American sectors.

As the Senior Internal Auditor, you will report into the Global Head of Audit & Risk and the key responsibilities for the role will include;

To plan, execute and report on Internal Audit reviews across their business units to identify risks
Support the delivery of the Global Audit plan and work on projects for the Global Audit management teams
Work with internal stakeholders for planning purposes to determine deadlines, budgets and reporting structure
Lead Audits and work with co-source partners to ensure audits deadlines are met
Prove Risk & Control management reports to internal stakeholders and the audit management team
Work with the team on sharing best practice, updating procedures and new methodologies

The key skills for this Internal Auditor role will include;

Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or Equivalent) with post qualified experience
Proven Audit experience either Internal or External within the Technology or Media sectors.
Be confident to lead, plan and execute operational, financial and control based audits
A Professional communicator both written and verbal and capable of working at all levels
Knowledge of auditing IT or Transformation projects would be advantageous as would a second language
