Job Description

You will be tasked with driving Insight capability forward in the three core areas of Market Research and Insight, Customer Experience Measurement and Marketing Analytics. Taking ownership of their Voice of the Customer program, you will manage shaping the research objectives, project management of the data collection process and own the production and delivery of findings to the business. Working with Commercial, operational and centralised teams.

You will provide relevant, accurate and up-to-date reporting and insights to senior leadership and mine customer feedback data to determine what's working and what's not, therefore identifying opportunities for improvement and direction of the business
To be successful in the role, you will have relevant experience ideally gained on both agency and client side, worked with a customer experience platform provider before and have technical market research skills in questionnaire design, data analysis, presentation development and report writing.
