Managing the region, working with Distributors, JV's and legacy partnerships
Identifying channels and educating of partners to drive both the sales and marketing
Maintaining and growing the relationships with the vendors, and potentially opening up of new channels and markets also
Strategising new launches into the market place
Understanding of the consumer habits but also influencing the right execution to connect with the market
Working directly with the Managing Director in strategic planning and growth of the products and markets
Strong negotiations skills - proven track record of this
Skincare, Cosmetics or fragrances background in Asia is essential
Retail experience is a must
Ability to work with full autonomy and a team player is working with your peers and stakeholders also
8+ years of experience would be preferrable
