Job Description

Our client is a multinational company specializing in cutting-edge technology in security solutions. With 13 years of business history, they are looking for a well-connected and knowledgeable Sales Manager to meet on-target and revenue objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales, profit and customer satisfaction targets for assigned territories
  • Provide account management support to achieve assigned targets and objectives
  • Lead and conduct sales cycle activities to drive opportunity development towards wins
  • Attending and leading trade exhibitions, conferences and events
  • Formulate strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth
  • Build and manage partner ecosystem in the assigned territory
  • Work with pre-sales and subject matter experts to design best-fit solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Computer/Electronic/Materials Engineering, Business or Marketing
  • Minimum 5 to 10 years' experience in solution sales with demonstrated record of achievement
  • Able to adapt and drive sales cycle activities in accordance with public sector procurement processes
  • Excellent understanding of territory partner and customer ecosystem
  • Good business acumen with experience in structuring business/pricing models for complex deals
  • Highly sales-driven, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision
