Our client is one of Thailand's biggest Power Grids division who deliver products, systems, service and software solutions across utility, industry, transportation and infrastructure customers. They are now looking for a Sales Executive to join their team!
- Sell Substation Automation Products - Enterprise Software (ERP-Electrification Software Module)
- Use effective sales techniques to build trust with customers.
- Maintain and expand relationship with customers, especially manufacturers.
- Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/services offering, and align to provide a solution.
- Support the development of strong relationships with key customers.
- Ensure achievement of sales volume and product mix targets.
- Create, plan and implement sales strategy, and strategic sales and business development initiatives in alignment with global sales strategy.
- Take ownership of the sales processes, and all relevant training and development plans, actions and programs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer science, Computer Engineering or any related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in selling ERP products such as SAP, ORACLE etc.
- Ability to understand the customers' needs and experience dealing with a multi-cultural workforce
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, managerial and co-ordination skills
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Thai
