Our client, whom is the leading FMCG category lead company. is searching for "Sales Director". This role will report directly to the Managing Director of the business. You will be managing a large sales team with 6 to 7 direct reports.
- Develop & execute new sales strategies in order to achieve sales revenue
- Lead & coach different consumer sales function toward the achievement of sales targets.
- Manage sales budget and spending to maximize ROI.
- Develop and implement Sales organization's OGSM
- At least 10 years of experience working in FMCG business with proven sales record.
- Experience in managing large sales team.
- In depth knowledge of retailers (MT, GT, Catergory, and sales development).
