Sales and Marketing Manager
My client is a newly developed concept within the Food & Beverage industry, something that is incredibly lucrative. We are looking for someone that shares the same passion but also has an entrepreneurial spirit to work with the food & beverage industry in Singapore.
- Full accountability in opening up sales channels across F&B chains and outlets (bars, restaurants, catering, hotels, etc.)
- Manage relationship with F&B Accounts end-to-end (from account opening to purchase orders to payment collections)
- Build brand equity/awareness through planning and execution of marketing activities (ATL/BTL)
- Develop and manage new F&B retail concept(s) to accelerate growth
- Supervise 3PL provider (cold chain) and ensure good Service Level to customers
- Supervise 3rd Party Service Center (for repair of food dispensing machines) and ensure good Service Level to customers
- Entrepreneurial spirit, has previous experience of building something from ground up
- Strong curiosity and proven drive for innovation
- Well organized and professional
- Passionate for food and F&B
- 5-8 years of experience in sales & marketing within the food & beverages industry
- Track Record in sales success and good relationship network across HORECA channels
- Ability to manage end to end F&B retail operations (even in small scale) would be an advantage
