- Define digital marketing strategy on customer acquisition & retention via the social media, digital marketing tools available in the market (i.e. SEM & SEO, eDM)
- Develop project timeline with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensures timely implementation
- Propose and implement with APAC local teams, in-store retail activation where needed to support the digital activation
- Deliver and manage the creation of a consumer analytics tool & lead the development of insights around the data gathered
You need to have at least 8 years relevant experience specializing in digital marketing and consumer insight strategy development with deep understanding about China market or Chinese consumer behavior. Strong communication and analytical skills, strategic mindset are required. Mandarin and English speaking is a must. Solid project management and agency management skills are highly preferred.
