Our client, a key player in the Automotive Lubricants industry is looking to get on board an entrepreneurial Regional Business Manager role to lead their operations in Middle East and North Africa.
The role is a catalyst to lead the commercial strategy and grow the footprint of the business for the assigned markets with key focus on influencing distributor teams. Key Markets; UAE & Pakistan.
The Business Manager will be responsible for increasing the volume, value and market share in the territories by putting in place the pricing strategy, promotion plan, distribution targets, budgets etc.
Working with multiple, diverse and complex stakeholder groups would need a solid leader with technical expertise, strong market knowledge and commercial acumen.
The successful candidate would come from similar industry - Automotive lubricants.
10-12 years of total experience, recent few in a senior leadership role managing P&L of several markets in GCC
Should be based in GCC, preferably UAE
