Hydrogen Group's adventure began in 1997. Our CEO, Ian Temple, understood that in order to grow fast and stand tall against our competitors, we needed to invest in our employees, so they could help our clients invest in theirs. The last 20+ years have been an incredible journey. We've grown from a team of 3 to over 350 people - applying the lessons from the past to make each day better than the last.

We are an equal opportunities employer and value diversity. We do not discriminate based on race, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, age, marital status or disability.

From the start, you'll enjoy invaluable training and coaching to get you up to speed with the Legal market - if you're keen to learn this could really accelerate your career.

The lawyers we work with are some of the brightest minds you'll ever come across. They're well educated, articulate and genuinely lovely people, often with a huge passion for what they do. It's a great feeling to know we play a part in changing their lives and the businesses they work for.
