You need to establish and nurture relationships with key influencers, industry players and business partners (including but not limited to, outlet owners/managers, buyers, F&B managers, bar staff, distribution partners, etc.). You need to develop local customer strategies in line with the business strategy and create innovative measures in order to achieve your goals. You need to align with HQ on international key accounts. You will master the On Trade universe by staying on the cutting edge of industry knowledge, trends and new opportunities (accounts, occasions, consumers).
You need to have at least 1 year on trade sales management experience. Key Account management experience in B2B is preferred. Previous experience and network in the hospitality or FMCG industry preferred. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English and Cantonese.
