Job description

My Client is the world's leading manufacturer of small appliances and other home products looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual to join the family!

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to National Key Account Manager, this role is responsible for:

  • Own the profit & loss and deliver key business objectives
  • Develop and strengthen SDA/ Cookware business
  • Modern retail :

a. Strengthen business relationship with the buyer team, being contact person to ensure operational details are well managed

b. Negotiate annual contracts with the channels to achieve profitable growth for the company & customers that agreed with National Key Account Manager/ Sales Director

c. Formulate and conduct Key account plan (both internal review and external review) and own the execution in order to deliver full delivery of business performance against budget / target

  • Work together with promoter management team to manage selling out /stock in channel
  • Manage channels COOP expenses
  • Explore new growth opportunities and develop new sales opportunities with the channels
  • Coordinate with marketing and supply chain team, to ensure that Sales forecast accuracy KPI is achieved
  • Able to work independantly end to end from planning, strategy and execution

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Sales/ or Marketing or related field
  • Over 5-7 years experience in Sales from any industry
  • Good personnel management skills
  • Strong Planning, analytical and Coordination skills
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Able to work in a team and with people at all levels of the organisation
  • Strategic and pragmatic person
