Job description

Argyll Scott has a great opportunity an IT Support Manager who has experience in managing team of 5 people along with supporting over 300 PCs. My clients would like to hire an experienced manager to help and manage their IT Support and Helpdesk team. This is a brand-new position where you can design and develop working process and team structure.

Your main task is to manage support team to troubleshoot IT issues. Mainly you will be based at head office but sometimes you also need to go to visit branches. You should have good project management skills and methodology such as ITIL, PMP, etc. English communication is also key skills for this positions.

I am looking to speak with candidate who has the follows:

Qualifications:

** Graduate from IT or related fields

** At least 10 years´ experience in network and infrastructure fields

** Strong experience in supporting large organization (at least 300 PCs)

** Experience in managing at least 5 team members

** Strong project management skills and project management concept (ITIL)

** Able to design process and team structure

** Good leadership and communication skills

** Good English communication skills
